What it costs
A paid pilot, then a fixed fee for the build, then an annual subscription. Every figure below excludes VAT.
What you pay follows what you want built. The figures here are starting points for the most common builds. Something else, or several builds together, is quoted the same way. Your own fee is fixed in writing at the end of the pilot, once we have seen your data.
The pilot
Three to four weeks on your own data, answering one question you choose. How the pilot runs.
€9,500, fixed. It is the one figure here that does not move, and if a build follows the pilot, the whole fee is credited against it.
The builds
Each build is one fixed implementation fee, written down once the definitions are agreed. Anything outside the scope is quoted before it is built, never after.
| Build | Implementation fee |
|---|---|
| Commercial and profitability analytics | Starts at €24,000 |
| Product cost and production analytics | Starts at €32,000 |
| S&OP planning | Starts at €40,000 |
| Budgeting, forecasting and board reporting | Starts at €40,000 |
| Anything else, or several builds together | Quoted from the scope |
The subscription
It pays for four things: the system hosted wherever we agreed it should run, every update, support from the people who built it, and a day in every quarter for the small changes a reporting calendar keeps producing. Everyone at your company who needs the system is covered, and adding a person costs nothing.
Hosting is the smallest part of it, so the figure does not move because your database grew. What moves it is how much software there is to keep running.
Starts at €14,000 a year, agreed with the build fee.
One subscription, however many builds
You never pay a subscription per build. When you add a build, your one subscription is re-set to whichever is greater: €14,000 a year, or 20% of all your build fees so far. With each build at its starting figure, it works like this:
| What you have built | Build fees so far | Subscription |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial and profitability analytics | €24,000 | €14,000 a year, because 20% of the build fee is less |
| Add product cost and production analytics | €24,000 + €32,000 | Still €14,000 a year, because 20% of the two is still less |
| Add S&OP planning | €24,000 + €32,000 + €40,000 | 20% of the three, because that is now more than €14,000 |
If you host it yourself
If the system runs on your own servers, we take the hosting out and the subscription starts at €11,000 a year. That is instead of €14,000, not on top of it. It does not drop further, because supporting a system on servers we do not run takes more of our time.
What moves a fee
Each starting figure assumes a simple shape. For commercial and profitability analytics at €24,000, that is one legal entity, two years of history, one sales file and one cost file from systems you already run, and one set of definitions.
A second legal entity, a second source system, or customer codes that differ between systems all mean more work. The pilot shows which of them apply to you, and each is priced into the scope before any of it is built. It works the other way too: one entity, one clean export and definitions your team has already written down cost less, and the quote says so.
VAT and payment
A VAT-registered business elsewhere in the EU is invoiced under the reverse charge (Article 196, Council Directive 2006/112/EC); domestic businesses are invoiced with domestic VAT; businesses outside the EU are invoiced as an export of services. The country of establishment and the VAT number are in the imprint.
The pilot is invoiced in full when it starts. A build is invoiced in three parts: when the scope is signed, when you review the system on your own data, and at go-live. The subscription is invoiced yearly, in advance, and the first subscription year is invoiced at go-live. Invoices fall due 30 days from their date.
